In recent years, healthcare has unfortunately emerged as a profession with a high risk of workplace violence. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employees in healthcare and social service sectors face five times higher risk of workplace violence injuries compared to workers across all industries. This course is designed to help equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace violence.
