Online Registration

For the Prescribing Session Only

To register online for only the prescribing session that SVMIC is sponsoring, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

• Log in and click the "Take Course" button located on the right side of this page
• You will be taken to the registration page for the entire conference, but you may pick which parts you want to attend
• Fill out the basic attendee information at the top (starting with the Name field through the Email field)
• Scroll down until you see Friday, 10/28, “Prescribing Practices & the TN Chronic Pain Guidelines” 11:30 am-1:30 pm
• Enter the quantity of tickets for that particular session
• Scroll down to see your total and enter your credit card information (for just the prescribing session, it's $75 per ticket)
• Click submit

For Entire TNAFP Conference

Attendees may register for the entire conference, if desired, or they may register for only the prescribing session. To register for the conference as a whole, please log in and click the "Take Course" button located on the right side of this page and follow the prompts on the next page.

NOTICE: All registrations for the conference as a whole must be completed and payments received by October 3. Registrations to attend the entire conference that are received after October 3 will incur higher registration fees.
