Learning Objectives

  1. Recognize and identify the limitations and risks of telemedicine.
  2. Develop safeguards and protocols to protect against/report cyber attacks.
  3. Identify and explain the risks associated with misuse of EHR and patient portals.
  4. Recognize how EHR errors can decrease defensibility of a malpractice claim.
