Sheri Smith, FACMPE, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Medical Practice Consultant at SVMIC with over 24 years of service. She provides expert guidance to physicians, practice executives, and their teams in areas such as human resources, electronic health records, practice transitions, compliance, and overall operations. With more than 30 years in the medical industry, Sheri’s background includes 12 years in business management for neurosurgical and orthopedic practices and 6 years as an executive representative for an EHR company. She is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a past president of Tennessee MGMA, past chair of its Presidents Council, and a certified professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
