Cybercriminals have discovered a tried-and-true technique called phishing to compromise countless organizations. Phishing is an attack method that uses email with a malicious intent to breach networks and access cloud solutions. Rather than spending hours hacking your organization, cybercriminals use email to trick employees into opening the front door to your network.  Phishing attacks often result in ransomware but can also lead to data loss, credential theft, malware infections, and financial fraud.  Although phishing emails are delivered via email, they are not a technical problem. Technology can certainly help but organizations need to leverage human capabilities combined with technology to successfully combat the threat. During this session you will learn the fundamentals of phishing attacks, how to identity phishing emails, and most importantly how to mitigate the threat.
