Rebooting Your Leadership Team: A Virtual Interactive Workshop

It was difficult enough before COVID-19 to motivate staff to do their best work, every day, in a competitive market. The pandemic has added to the mix a fear of contagion, homeschooling challenges, additional caregiving responsibilities and more flexible, mandated leave requirements. What is the difference between organizations that are struggling and those that are thriving during these uncertain times? The difference is brave and honest leadership.

Learn strategies for enhancing your own leadership and communication style and walk away with specific techniques to implement with your entire organization.
